If I could give Rick 7 stars, I would! They were always on top of everything that needed to be done, and making sure we were up to date. Buying a house in this market is brutal, but Rick made sure we were set up to succeed. If it hadn't been for a glitch in the IRS systems, we would have been able to close in less than 3 weeks. Despite the issues with the IRS he made sure that our loan funded and we could close on time. Along the way on our year long journey, I could always come to him with questions, and he would patiently explain until I understood. We felt seen and understood as people, not just a file. Hands down I plan to work with Rick every time I buy a house from now on, and I don't know what I'll do when he retires.

I was totally against doing another refi but my husband insisted. Said this time he was referred to "the best" and it would be "faster & easier" to which I sighed out loud in frustration. We've had two mortgages financed through Rick Geary and his time and each time has been incredibly successful. They listen, they make sure they're handling everything we need and it's easy and very comfortable. So I would definitely say he is our mortgage broker and will always be. We would never go to anyone else and every time interest rates dip below the historically low one we already got, he contacts us to see if we want to refi and spends time talking us through whether it's worth it (and sometimes we'll call him and same - he will NOT take you through any process if it's not good for you first and foremost).
